Some standard permissions/opt in/outs for interacting with Lestat. Will continue to check for specifics within any threads.

Please let me know which if any of the following you would like to participate in or avoid.

1. Blood drinking
Can Lestat drink your character's blood with permission?
Can Lestat make attempts to drink your character's blood without permission (attempt will not result in much harm before he is yoinked away by the Agrii.
Would your character donate blood in some other way- ie. standard blood donation, decanting into a glass etc, but refuse to be bit?

2. Telepathy/Mind Reading
Can Lestat read your character's mind?
Can Lestat speak to your character in their head?
Can Lestat use other powers on your character- such as freezing them in place, putting them to sleep, etc.?

He can drink with permission, he can sure TRY without (it would be funny), and no, he will not share.

Telepathy/Mind Reading
Going to go with 'hard to read the mind without pain/discomfort' given it's canon for speedsters (when Marvel remembers to), but he can definitely speak in Tommy's head. And yes, he COULD definitely use the other powers.

Ooh, specific question for Tommy, I wanted to ask- Lestat (and the other vamps) have super speed/senses as well. No idea how the speed compares to Tommy, but- would it be something you would like to play with? Lestat able to see speedy Tommy, understand his quick talk, and vice versa if Lestat tries to go fast/be sneaky?

I would LOVE to play with it. It would be pretty interesting. I have no clue how fast they are either, but damn, Tommy might actually fucking TOLERATE you and be a bit nicer if he's got someone to interact with on higher speed levels. Good way to talk a boy into bad decisions.

Lestat can do anything you want to Tony.

Only caveat is that he has a weird computer brain, and normal telepathy doesn't really work on him. Depending on the mechanics, the other powers might. Whatever feels fun in the moment, really.

- No.
- He can try, sure.
- Undecided. He sure will initially refuse. But his blood is weird anyway.

Telepathy stuff:
- Nope. Lestat better be mindful of his own mind in turn~
- Not without Jon's permission.
- He's welcome to try. Depending on what exactly he tries his sccuess will vary.

- Feel free to, but be prepared for a fight.
- Never. Wesker will demand a sample himself instead.

Mind stuff:
- To a degree.

- He can. How effective those spells are, however, will be decided on a case by case basis.

Without permission - Yes, but Pikachu will try to shock him into oblivion.
Ash would absolutely donate if he thought it was helping in anyway. Pikachu will not be happy about it.

Telepathy
Pretty much yes to all. However, if you try get him to do something he doesn't want to or he knows is wrong then good luck. He has extreme will power.

Bonus

Ash is basically the savior of the Pokemon world so Idk if you want that drastically chnage the taste of his blood.

Without permission - Yes, but according the the ultimate spider-man comic book run his blood tastes like bugs and that amuses me so same rule applies here - bugs.
He will not be donating.

...that's a good question. I'm not sure how well that'd go on his end, there might be a lot of excess stuff going on in the background because robots? Could be funny Actually, how does Lestat's other powers work in regards to that... is it all in conjunction with being able to get a 'grasp' on one's mind?

I'm leaning towards being less effective on the Exos.

I'm....not actually sure, honestly. In theory, he can read anyone's thoughts but his maker and the ones he makes, but vampires can choose to block him, so presumably a human who knew what was going on could with some work.

I don't know Exos super well, am I right in thinking they have a human brain still? He might be able to get something but it would probably be super weird/foreign, and not as effective.

I had my initial Exo facts mixed up so I don't think they actually have their human brains in them. It's just their minds that were uploaded into their robo-bodies. Sooo however you might want to play with that.

1a. Radley would be highly unlikely to ever give permission.

1b. I suppose he could potentially try, but he'd probably make an enemy of Radley for life ... with a possible exception being made if he was desperate and starving. Radley wouldn't like it, but he'd be kinder if he believed Lestat really had no choice or he'd die.

1c. Unless Radley came to like him a lot (and/or saw Lestat was desperate and starving), this is also highly unlikely.

2. There is no IC reason why all of the other powers wouldn't work, to some extent anyway, but I would probably only be comfortable with mind-reading.

This sounds like more of what Dustin would eventually agree to.

GENERAL NOTE: Dustin's got a bunch of little metal bits in his blood (they are tiny nanites that help boost his immune system so that it sucks less). I would imagine this makes him taste...not great? Less nutritious?? idk how you want to handle that

I'd like to talk about it OOCly on a case-by-case basis, but, sure! Not much Dustin can do about any of it lol so might as well.

2. If Lestat can sneak up on him or something then hell yeah go for it
